I saw up close how tomatoes are harvested, selected, processed and made into the final product.
On my channel, I have already done a legendary interview with Francesco Mutti. To make this video, however, I had to wait for the perfect moment.
In fact, Mutti's tomatoes are harvested only between July and September, during the "crop season" period.
During these months, tomatoes are processed within a few hours of harvesting and the company is at its best, handling most of its annual production.
