2. Description of Service

TextHub provides AI-powered transcription, semantic search, and intelligence extraction services for YouTube video content. We aggregate publicly available content and make it searchable and accessible through our platform and API.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TextHub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without our express written permission
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service without permission

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TextHub and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Transcripts are derived from publicly available YouTube content. Original video content remains the property of the respective content creators.

6. Content Ownership and Accuracy

TextHub provides transcriptions and analysis of publicly available YouTube content. While we strive for accuracy, transcriptions may contain errors. We do not claim ownership of the original video content or guarantee the accuracy of transcriptions.

Content creators can claim their channels to edit and improve the accuracy of their transcripts.

7. API Usage

If you use our API, you must comply with our API Terms and rate limits. Excessive or abusive use may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your API access.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TextHub makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service's operation or the information, content, or materials included on the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TextHub, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
