The dirty little secret in this industry is that it's really boosters who have an overwhelming influence in who gets hired
as a coach. You also have a different NIL market that I like to colloquially call the bagman market, which is essentially money laundering, a talent
acquisition or retention fee. This bagman incentive structure at play, get people to transfer as much as possible
because they probably can't legally represent them in the pros, but they could get paid every time someone hits the portal. As agents, they could say,
"You got to give me 20%." Do you have like a swag of how those dollars kind of broke down and this goes to court? and
