the relationship between public assistance  historically and issues of public morality

the notion of who is deserving as a poor person  and who is not quote unquote deserving we saw that

a lot of these issues start not just in american  history but actually go back 500 years 600 years

we also saw that some of them are racially  motivated in terms of how politicians
