there what do you think's going to happen to that Capital right now they're earning 5% plus 6% at a bank or a high

yields like accounts or buying a bond even you can buy a 10-year bond at 4 and a half% today it's like they're just sit

on there but at some point it's going to all flip over and I think that's just the difference between 08 and now
